Outstanding service and quality. They kept me infomred and the manager was wonderful. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is that one of the pieces had a small tear which was covered by a sticker. The manufacturer, NOT THE STORE, should have repaired the damage at the factory, and not cover it with a sticker. OTher than that, the furniture is the highest quality, seats aren't smooshy and nonsupportive, rather they are soft yet firm and supportive. They don't feel cheap, nor do they smell like some new furniture. The pieces are solid and beautiful just like the pictures. Nothing fake here. Wonderful and, again, the store staff (especially the manager Sebastian) was phenomenal. Keep up the good work.
