Review content:
There collectors are very agressive and they expect for the payments to be made by wester union when we are passed due and can just come up with the money. I had a prablem on my account and thay wouldnt let me speak with a manager, they kept telling no on giving me more time and would nat here my reason for being late on my payment. I finaly got a manager that was new to the company and was nice and understanding and was able to help me by taking one payment and giveing me an estension. he was helpful and told me if i ever needed had a problem with the colllectors to call him with my problem. I thankeed him for his help during a very hard time in my life. County financial does have people that want to help. they do have high intesrest loans but i need them because no one else will giveme a loan. thankyou Country financial.
