I would never want to go through these people ever agian. I had called and spoke with one of their reps and she was the most rudest persons i have ever heard with a company service. I know that its part of their job and i was late with a payment.. Unlike others i wanted to just make the payoff amount cause i seen that the intrest was very high and didnt want to make another monthly payment. Well because i was late the rude lady wanted me to make a monthly payment first and then would tell me the payoff amount and i just simply refussed. I just pretty much got rude back n told her well u cant tell me the amount i owe to just pay off my car so that you guys dont get hella extra money from me then just come pick up ur car and stick it up ur a** cause iam wanting my own information that u cant give me and i find you being very rude to a customer who wants to give you the full patoff amount.. Well they never called back and came and picked up the car. But i was able to go get a nicer Lincoln Navi and newer... :)
