Review content:
The reps at county financial are extremely rood, show no type of education, and have very bad customer service skills. I was 2 days late on my payment made an arrangement with one of the reps that I would be paying my car note two days later and he said he rut a note in his system. The next day a rood rep calls me named BERTHA calls yelling at me telling me they’re going to repo my car and to pay the bill immediately, before I could even get a word in to let her know about the arrangements I had made the day before she went on and on, on how irresponsible I was and to not have a car if I couldn’t pay it..And much more but since she was yelling I couldn’t understand too much! Point is I hate their service and the harassment! DONT FINANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE I MEAN IT!!!!!!
