Review content:
The service was unbelievably bad considering the high expectations I had for Joel. It took 10 minutes for the servers to find menus. The sommelier did not listen very well. When we asked what wine would pair with the beef and the ribs, he suggested ""red."" We were obviously on our own with the wine list. Water glasses went empty and we were totally ignored after dessert was served. We waited 15 minutes with empty plates before we had to ask the server for the bill. We waited another 10 before asking the host to get it for us. We were seated right next to the service station! The host gave us ""Free Entree"" coupons if we came back and bought another entree. No apology or explanation from the wait staff. Truly horrible!
