I have had several unpleasant experiences with this company. I had about 500 letters I needed printed. The owner Susan (she seems friendly) said that she had to pay $30,000 a month to run her business and that my $300 didn't make any difference in helping her cover her overhead. That makes me feel that my patronage is not appreciated. Another time I asked to have some letters printed and folded. First the employees could not give me a cost (incompetent). Then I was told it would take 5 days and that they would call me when completed. I call 8 days later and they say that they haven't done anything because they have a question for me about the printing. I asked them why they hadn't called me with the question so that these items would be ready for pick up. I got ""I know, i'm sorry. I will do it right now.""Had I not called who knows when it would have been done...if at all. They did state that they had my return phone number. It is quite clear by their actions (or lack thereof) that if you are not a large business you are a waste of their time. I will be using someone else from now on.
