Review content:
Very poor service from these people. I had contacted them for 3 international tickets on a Wednesday (sounds like good business, right?), and these people never got back to me after that. I'm writing this review 4 days later. And I should mention the travel dates are exactly a week from the day of writing this review.
If a travel agency cannot respond in any fashion (either they can't do it, or they need more time) in 4 days, I wouldn't trust them to book any of my tickets in future.
I should mention the gentleman on the phone sounded so promising and optimistic about getting me tickets. I hope others have a better experience.
