Review content:
Let me first start off by saying that as his former office manager I have a long-time up close knowledge of the way Mr. Butler conducts his business and handles his clients cases; and as a general rule he does a fairly good job when it comes to his family law clients. However, do not, I repeat, do not, go to him for any type of bankruptcy case. He handled my chapter 7 bankruptcy case for me, and due to his admitted negligence, (it is on record, check with the court) it cost me over $70k!!! Yes you read that right. Try coming up with that kind of money when you cannot even buy groceries. Only by the grace of God and a Certified Bankruptcy Attorney am I not homeless right now. The only bankruptcy education Mr. Butler has gotten has been from the school of hard knocks and one weekend at a convention. He claims to have taken some online classes for his CLE's. Ask him to prove it. Also, buyer beware, HE DOES NOT CARRY LEGAL MALPRACTICE INSURANCE!!! So if he messes up your case like he did mine, you will have to sue him to collect. If he says he has gotten insurance, MAKE HIM PROVE IT, if not, do not say you weren't warned!!!
