Glenn and his staff are the best!!! Whether I come for gas (which means they pump the gas for me, clean my windows, give my dog a biscuit and me some candy), or have them repair my car, they always provide great service. And while I was waiting for my car one day, Glenn was organizing food that he was going to cook the next day for his staff. I found out that he cooks for his staff every Friday! Talk about someone who really knows how to treat people! What a winning combination: Treat your customers and your staff well. Many business owners could learn a lot by just stopping by for a tank of gas or an oil change. Thanks for the great service (much more than just with the cars!) you share with us.
