A just bought a used car on 11-1-10 and when i bought it, everything was fine except the noise it was making in the passenger side wheel. So of coarse i told them that i will purchase it if they fix it. So they went ahead and started the fix and gave me a used rental from their lot. 3 minute down the road the car just stops on me. I tried getting it jumped and it was didn't do anything. The gas was low so i walked to a gas station, bought a gallon of gas and filled it up and still didn't start. So once i got my car back it was fine til the third week, which was thanksgiving week, and my radiator cracked on me. I called in my extended warranty and they told me i was not filed in the system and can't pay for the problems. So i called Lute riley for 3 hours and not get one phone call back. So i had to go over there and tell them to fix the problem and so they did. A week passes by and now i have another problem. Now even with the warranty, i'm having to pay about $1200 or more on the repairs. So i don't under stand how the mechanic at lute riley was able to release my car the the week prior and i'm trying to call any manager on duty for the past 2 hours and not get any results. I can't say anything about their new cars but DO NOT buy a used car from them. Also, their Easy Care Package (the extended warranty) is pretty much garbage so i would rather suggest buying a new car with the money you would have spent on a warranty. And with their service i would suggest buying a car somewhere else.
