Review content:
In my opninon Brighter Dental care does not value the time of their patients. I have had to leave work early to make it to an appointment on time, only to have to wait as much as an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. This has happened on 3 occasions. The one time I was running 20 minutes late, I was told I'd have to reschedule. \r
\r
I have had mixed experiences with the staff. Some were nice and professional and others (especially the front desk staff) were insensitive, NEVER smiled and never offered an apology for the long wait times. \r
\r
I finally had enough of their poor service and am changing dentists. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE.\r
\r
It's also my opnion that the good reviews are fake... not to say that no one has had a positive experience. Do your research.. make sure your dentist doesn't take the approach of a used car salesman. They have followed suite with other medical offices and put efforts to make money befor the needs of their patient.
