We tried this new restaurant on Friday night. It was busy and they did not appear to have enough service. I can't understand what a italian restaurant does not serve table bread. Why was this a big deal? Well we had to wait 40 minutes for our appetizer after inquiring when it was coming. It took about 20 minutes for us to even get our order taken. I noticed alot of other tables were not being served who were there before us. However, on a positive note, we very much enjoyed the food. It was not too spicy like Lombardis can be and they were very big portions. We thought overall the price was fair with the portions delivered. Ambience wise it was mixed. It was not a loud restaurant but the decor is alittle on the cheap, Can we say home depot shelves? However, we have had such lousy service at Lombardis lately that we will likely switch for awhile as to when we want to eat italian in Issaquah. I always give a restaurant 3 shakes before I refuse to go back there. Servers were ok. I just don't think there were enough of them to handle the restaurant.....and please.....if you are going to be a authentic italian restaurant and have a slower turn around for ordering and appetizers-GET some table bread!
