I used this service many times, but will NEVER do so again. Kristen (the owner/groomer) cut a chunk of flesh off of my dog's ear, didn't say anything to anyone, and didn't return my call to discuss it. My dog is exceptionally well-behaved (I'm not just a proud parent----my other dog is a b!tch to groom and I admit it). My dog has medium sized ears and the hair on them is generally an inch or so long. On the front edge of just one ear, it appeared Kristen used a scissor to cut right up against the roots, and in the process took out a centimeter long chunk of my dog's flesh! I didnt see it at first, and she didnt say anything about it. She did note he had a small bump on his neck---who notices that but doesnt admit they chopped your dog?s ear??? Later, I saw that an area on his ear flap was turning black and that it was very sensitive. I called Kristen to ask her what happened and to discuss my concerns. She never called back. Do not let her do this to your dog. \r
