The nicest people I've so far met doing business with, very comfortable and flexible, they actually work with you and speak with you not just give prices and wait for a yes or no answer, they sit and explain whats what, I do not know what this guy John in the previous comment is saying but I myself had a great experience with Motion In Time, I know from previous repairs with other shops they do not warranty parts they only warranty movements and mechanical interior, I'm sure 99 percent of stores are the same in this matter, besides $80 for a screw isn't bad at all anyways, I once paid $130 for Stainless steel screw, You have a Cartier not a Casio, Motion In Time I am satisfied with you
