This service is dedicated to the MSP airport. I travel a ton and use taxi services frequently. One of their drivers attempted to extort money from me for the return of my cell phone that I left in his cab. He was extremely rude and insulting, hanging up on me twice when I attempted to arrange a meet to retrieve the phone without paying extra. I believe he is still employed, although I did report the incident. Stay far away from this company. There are plenty of reputable services in town.
