Review content:
Having read positive online reviews, I took a necklace in to get a clasp replaced. The next Monday he called to say he had received a clasp that would work well. I told him I would stop by after work on Thursday. The next day (Tuesday), I dropped by his office at 4:45 pm; although his posted hours stated that he was open until 5, the office was closed. The next day (Weds), I e-mailed him to set up an appointment that Friday to stop by after work, which he confirmed via e-mail. When I showed up at the agreed-upon time, the office was locked. When the person inside opened it, she was unaware that I had an appointment and stated that Kim was gone for the day. I told her that he had just lost business. Kim e-mailed later that evening to state that he had mis-entered the appointment, and was in Saturday until 1:00 if I wanted to stop by. With his seeming inability to keep consistent office hours or appointments, I was not going to entrust a necklace valued at $3,000.00 to him. He doesn't seem to want the business; I would oblige him by looking elsewhere.....so I did so.
