Review content:
Arrived the day after Mother's Day, so our friendly waitress had to confiscate the Mother's Day specials. However, no big deal as the menu is filled with great options like chile rellenos with eggs, interesting variants of eggs benedict like crab cakes benedict, etc.
As we were placing our order, Mandy suggested we try the fresh squeezed OJ. Glad we did. This time of year you usually get the tasteless pasteurized stuff from cans at most places.
Our orders arrived promptly along with a carafe of Joe. We dug in, and periodically Mandy came by to check on us leading to my ordering a side of bacon to go with my fruit-topped waffle.
After the meal, I took a quick tour of the building which 55 years ago was the central office of the local Mountain States Telephone and Telegraphy company. I could envision the 'girls' working away to connect all the calls passing within and leaving Casper, the Oil Capital of the Rockies.
If you are in Casper, and have had your fill of egg mcmuffins, try Eggingtons, you'll like the food and the service.
Pros: The menu has gourmet options, plus the standard faire
