Review content:
Side Pockets is a bar/grill/pool hall. The emphasis is on the bar/grill portion of the business. The tables are not well kept, and are badly in need of maintenance. If you are going somewhere to play pool this is one establishment to skip. The food is good for bar food, and they have a good selection. However, the service is terrible, and this is evident by the lack of lunch business. There are several leagues that play at Side Pockets, and this is what is keeping the business a float. On non-league nights Side Pockets is deserted. There are many more places in Kansas City with better food, better staff, and cheaper fun. Don't settle for Side Pockets in Lenexa. On a side note - the Side Pockets in Olathe, and Bonner Springs have already gone out of business, and I see this one going under soon also.
Pros: Food is okay for bar food
Cons: Servie is terrible, and pool tables are not well maintained
