Businiess name:  Subway

Absolutely horrific. Both the service and the food. Our subs had hair in one and spoiled mayo in the other. Upon calling and requesting to come in and either a refund, a replacement or simply an apology I was berated by a rant of a teenage ""manager"" that we were to bring in ""every last bite and piece"" if we were ""even going to think about any kind of a refund"". When I informed the angsty youth that it was all in the garbage, I was screamed at and interrupted yet again, ""then dig it our of the garbage and bring it in now"". There is no way we are 1. digging through the garbage, 2. going to stand for being treated this way. Come on! This a sub sandwich, not a diamond bracelet. Not to mention, this is the subway ""located in the heart of the city"" that patch has deemed it. In the heart of Grosse Pointe city, correction its on mack in the Woods. What a joke and disgrace.
