Review content:
We always stand behind our work and warranty it.
I'm sure it was explained to the customer what the $95.00 charge was. This is the minimum charge for a service call.
What happened was the safety sensors at the bottom of the door were knocked out of alignment after we had done the previous repair. It had nothing to do with the repair we had done, so the customer is always told there may be another charge after they explain what the problem is.
This happens quite often and it does not take much to knock the safety eyes out. For example, it could be something as simple as a dog or child getting too close and moving it without knowing they did.
We have never turned anyone in to the credit bureau and I don't believe our technicians would just tell a customer that.
