Not sure if Dr. Marlowe knew this, but before I came to him, I was seriously considering SURGERY for weight Loss!
I learned something new about myself.... I am one who LOVES carbs. If I begin my day with a carb.... I will end it with a bowl of cookie dough. I find for me (because everyone is different) that protein helps sustain me throughout the day. Since I have been on this program, I am eating much less and drinking so much more water.
Dr. Marlowe will find different avenues to work with individual patients. He is constantly trying to find ways to break the cycle of obesity. I have lost over 40lbs and I have a great time shopping now.
