St. Charles guest house is the best buy around, and really really great folks. come on down. it's the real deal. hey, the streetcars are running downtown again.....and until the st. charles lines get fixed the bus is free, it's only a two-step away from the quarter, and guess what, the new orleans crime rate is non-existent! i wandered all over by myself at all hours, come on, folks, it's time to go! stay at the st. charles. Pros: inexpensive, street parking, authenticity Cons: no tv, but wifi!, who needs a phone ?, great staff still gon
