I've purchased from Banks for several years now. Their internet service is excellent. You can take an internet purchase and get it altered at your local store. The quality is vastly superior to what you receive in mall stores - fully lined pants legs to the knee, tight high count stitching, comfortable wastebands, excellent alterations braces buttons typically inculded or added at little charge.
If you get on their (e)mailing list you can watch for good deals and save hundreds of dollars on high quality men's wear. I purchase almost all my outerwear from Banks these days. Shirts, Ties, suits, slacks, everything is it of the highest quality available for my budget.
My only complaint is that it sometimes takes up to 3 weeks to receive an order - but when you buy $1,500 worth of high end clothing for $300-400, well, waiting a few weeks isn't that big a deal..
Pros: High Quality, Goob Service, Escellent sales
Cons: Long lead time on alterations - 3 weeks typical
