I truly believe that foodcritiq123 is a competitor....I mean,come on...CTS-BBQ has been in pearland, and at the same location going on 42 years!!!!They opened thier doors the same year that Niel Armstrong set foot on the moon...thats a long time to still be in buisiness while serving nasty food!!\r
My family has been a customer of Central Tx Style BBQ since before I was born( I am 33 ).The meats are always cooked to perfection...nice and juicy..and full of flavor.They have so many side dishes that its hard to choose,and they are honestly..just as good as the meat!!!\r
My wife and myself can share a plate (they give big portions).Self serve on drinks and condiments (pickles,onions,peppers,bread,ect.)\r
They dont use electric smokers or pre-made food...it is always fresh.There employee's have worked for the Co. for many years...they are able to continually produce the same outstandig quality over and over.The hospitality,cleanliness,and atmosphere are un-matchable!!!\r
I have nothing to gain...just giving an honest review.\r
CENTRAL TEXAS STYLE BBQ IS MY FAVORITE BBQ RESTAURANT!!!
