Do not rent apartment at Devonshire 902 Gribbin Lane! Your apartment will look great when you move in but if you need repairs they will not get done. Manager Susan is not a nice person. Maintenance may seem nice but will talk about you behind your backs. The owner Issa ""Mike"" Sobh is a slumlord. Also do not rent from Lewiston, Sunnybrooke, Fox Run, Slyvania Towers, Pine Place, Timber Run, Greenwich and others! He owns them all and treats tenants unfairly! All he wants is his rent check. He doesnt care if you live with mold or fire hazards.
