The sushi is okay, Salmon usually frozen, but if you go for the Sushi buffet at lunch, for 10$ you can get anything, ask for a spider roll you get it, you can ask for them to make the rainbow roll and they'll ask you how many....You can just ask for a dish of the soft shell crabs and they'll get you it....I'm still wondering how they don't go out of business...also get the fried bananas...every time we head to Tahoe and back from Tahoe...it's become a tradition to stop by Fuji's
