I'm actually still awaiting approval on a lease for a rental property this management firm owns, but they have seriously been so friendly and so helpful. I have spoken with both Mr. O'Connor and Ms. Gonzalez and they have been great about returning my calls and assisting me thus far. This is my first time apartment searching and they have, so far, made it easy for me. I have always heard how awful property managers can be but after speaking with these two lovely people and speaking with other tenants on the property i'm interested in they seem like the rarest breed of property managers: good ones. I hope my fiance and I get approved to lease one of their apartments.
