Pros: The price is right. The fact that you can rent by room is a tremendous value. Washer and dryer on site is also a plus. Good location.\r

Cons: As college housing goes there is often lot of trash on the grounds, there are some noise issues, and NO SECURITY. The biggest issue is Parking! There is very limited visitor parking which is ALWAYS filled up with people parking there all the time. Me and my roommate can not have people visit us unless we pick them up.
Pros: rent by room, washer/dryer, location
Cons: unclean, noisy, parking
