I spoke to a couple of realtors before I chose to work with Josh. He recommended that I list my home at a much higher price than had been recommended by the others - a $12,000 difference which, for me, was a small fortune. He also made easy and affordable suggestions that made my home more appealing to potential buyers. I was a first-time home seller, and Josh helped me every step of the way. My home sold quickly and at the asking price. I shudder to think of the money I would have missed out on had I chosen another agent. I highly recommend his services to anyone buying or selling a home in Austin.
