Review content:
Just Rentals has managed our duplex in Killeen for 5 years now. I often joke that I forget we even have the duplex because we never hear anything about it. Justin and Sheila do a great job locating top quality renters for us and so far, knock on wood, it's been great. It is rarely empty between renters, but due to the changing economy I hear things are slowing down for everyone. They respond to emails and questions promptly. We have just listed our primary residence with them because we are unable to sell. Peggy Fenton has been our realtor for many years and she manages a good, solid business. They get the job done for us and we've never had any issues. We've been lucky.
Pros: They know the area, they respond to requests/questions promptly
Cons: Sometimes the summer office help isn't the friendliest. Deal with Sheila or Justin if you can.
