I would not reccomend, nor I will never refer any person, investor, friend, cat, dog, cow..no one! to this company.\r

I have lost a lot of money due to their unprofessional works ethics, lack of transparency and their awful management practices and moreover...you will hear the infamous line ""is not our fault"" more than once when the situation falls within their line of management practice. I have other properties, and I even deployed to Iraq and the other managers in a different state, never gave me such a headache. I never had to worry about anything in the other properties, but in this one, I even lost the complete trust and confidence that they will be able to at least, moderately manage my property, and they failed, big times, even when they were getting paid for their ""services"". Therefore, due to their gross negligence to perfomr their paid services diligently, I dropped my contract with this company and got another which proved to be a true professionals in their field.
