Review content:
My daughter's horse was there for 2 mos. to be broken to ride by the owner at a cost of $650/mo. My daughter was not allowed to watch the training process. After 2 mos. the horse had lost 150#; it was of normal weight when he went there. He was not broke at all, totally the opposite. He acted like a wild mustang after the owner had reported how wonderful the horse had been doing, what progress he had made. He wouldn't even keep a saddle on, much less a rider. The owner took the money and ran. He took no responsibility and did not hold himself accountable. He didn't even show up for an appointment with another trainer who was going to train him to show. He wouldn't return phone calls. The other trainer said this horse is now ruined for any other attempt at training; he's been programmed to resist everything.\r
I highly suggest you stay away from this barn for boarding, training, lessons, or whatever. My daughter was misled, taken advantage of, and robbed of $1300.
Pros: Nice barn
Cons: Staff can't be trusted, no return for your money
