I barely started the class at my job and I have started to look forward to going. I use this class to warm my muscles up so that I can go jog after wards. I have began training for next years Houston Marathon, so this is a different routine which is GREAT!!!! It is fun and exciting to workout with other co-workers and just have fun and release stress.......\r
