If you are looking for a property management company, keep looking. This company made many promises and did not follow up on them unless we kept up on them and held them accountable (even so, some promises still were left undone). After speaking with the manager of the company, our concerns about the person holding our account seemed to be ignored and not taken seriously. If we would have read a review like this one about the company, we would have gladly given our money to people who actually know how to manage a property professionally.
