Review content:
This company is horrible! We just bought a house through them and they issued us a refund for overpaid closing costs. We deposited the refund check into our checking account but noticed it was voided a week later after viewing our bank statement. They actually took the money back but failed to notify us. We called them to see what happened and the escrow officer stating they made a mistake without an apology. We were charged additinal fees by our bank because of their actions they have yet to answer of our messages for the past month. Their service is absolutely ridiculous! Their organization and professionalism was absolutely horrendous to deal with during the escrow period.
