Review content:
This summer I was having trouble motivating myself to go to the gym, especially after 9 hours of working in a cramped office all day. My friend was raving about this Ultimate Boot camp class she took last year so I checked it out. \r
\r
I signed up for a 4 week session in Boston and loved it sooo much, that I signed up for a 2nd 4 week session. The workouts whipped my booty into shape and I lost an entire dress size!\r
\r
I was a little intimidated when I first started since I hadn't really worked out in about 9 months. The workouts were pretty tough, but a bunch of people (even the buff ones) were huffing and puffing with me the first couple of days. By the end of the first 4 weeks, I felt soooo much better and I went from doing zero real push-ups to 10! \r
\r
The trainers were great, and really motivated me to push myself when I thought I couldn't go anymore. They were actually pretty funny and joked with us throughout the whole class, I think it was to get our minds off the fact that our muscles were on fire!\r
\r
I would recommend it to everyone, you have to check it out if you've ""fallen off the treadmill"" or are just tired of your workout routine. You're booty will thank you later ;o)
Pros: Great instructors made it fun, best results I've ever gotten from working out, loved the group I took the class with
Cons: getting up early in the morning
