If you have a problem with your cleaning, do not expect the owner to get back to you in a timely manner. He told me he is ""very successful"", so I guess that means he does not need my business. Arrogant on the phone too. There are so many others to choose from I would skip using this one. The very least would expect from a cleaning company is to actually put your trash in a trash barrel rather than leave it outside for your dogs to chew up. If you enjoy coming home to a backyard full of garbarge that has been partially eaten and distributed throughout your lawn and pool, then they are the company for you!! They are not safe and reliable. Evidently have trouble keeping people as I seem to have different teams coming in my home.
Cons: Arrogant owner. Will not work with you to solve issues. Refuses to call back after repeated attempts.
