I was pleased with the initial clean A, which was deep-cleaning of bath/kitchen, and routine clean of living/bedroom areas. However, when I returned home that day, they had left the front door completely unlocked. (They had a key to my house.)\r

The owner was very nice about this, and said he'd talk to the cleaning team. He agreed that this was totally unacceptable.\r

The second clean, initial clean B, was supposed to be thorough cleaning of living/bedroom areas, with general clean of kitchen/baths. There were dust bunnies (from my pets) along the walls of the guest room; there was no way they did the carpet edge cleaning that was advertised as part of initial clean B. There was also a very large blue scrape along the hallway wall, which I'll need to paint. \r

I cancelled the service after this second ""cleaning"". For what it's worth, the owner was always reachable by phone, and he was very nice to me.
Pros: Bathrooms were spotless
Cons: Other rooms marginally clean, plus security issues
