Review content:
Don't be fooled by the strip-mall location. Great Tuscan theme and wonderful service. Terra is a wiz! She had my hair looking hot in a flash, and was SO helpful and genuine. In regards to the comment made previously about the receptionist, that was not at all my experience. I have never encountered a receptionist who is as warm and friendly, and as genuine as Lisa. Everyone here is very attentive, the owner DeDe came over to say hi as well. My only complaint would be that I had to wait 15 minutes, even with it being mid-morning in the middle of the week. Given, I was about 10 minutes late so that may be a factor, but it's also likely I would have been waiting for 25 minutes had I been on-time. Will definately return to Terra.
Pros: Excellent service, skilled staff, nice atmosphere, great value, AWESOME hours
Cons: Long wait time, parking could be an issue depending on time of day
