In response to the prior review. Exceptional customer service has been the building block of Taglio's success. This client arrived for her service with red eyes and crying...If as alleged, color or bleach had entered her eyes, the effect would have been excruciating, followed by an immediate eye rinse. This was not the case, but she demanded monetary compensation after her hair service was done that day. To insure that facts of such an event I consulted Dr. Gerig who stated it was physically imposibble to grow a tumor that quickly, that this had to be a pre-existing condition. In short and truthfully with great certainty I refuse to have money or services extorted from me or my stylist's. I stand firmly on my decision. Thank you.
