I am responding to the previous review from AJK95. As the owner of Taglio Salon, I can say customer satisfaction is our number one concern. Rather it is due to a lack of communication, or you are not completely satisfied with your service, we will come to a resolution. I personally phoned this client to offer her a refund or another solution to her problem. She never bothered to return my call, but chose instead to write a negative review. It is unfortunate that the salon wasnt given a chance to rectify the situation, and that she didnt mention this in the review. Customer service and satisfaction will always be a priorty toTaglio Salon. Have great day! DeDe.
