Review content:
I used to receive pretty good care at Clinix, but something has changed, and not for the better. Recently, I was billed for a flu shot that I never got. Then, I was told that it was possible I could have cancer. They sent me in for an ultrasound, and they received the results that same day. That was on a Tuesday. By Friday afternoon, they had still not called with the results, even though I called them several times begging them to call me and let me know. \r
I ended up calling another doctor, who got my results and called me within 30 mintues to let me know that everything was ok. Really? You tell someone they might have cancer, then never call to tell them they are ok? \r
I will never, ever return to Clinix.
Pros: one stop shop
Cons: Follow up has become nonexistent
