I cannot rave enough about Tran's and the Thai kickboxing class! It's never easy to walk into a new gym alone and it's even more challenging when you know nothing about the sport you are about to participate in. Everyone made it so easy and comfortable to jump right in and continue to push myself harder with every class. This workout has elevated my fitness to a whole new level. I lost 10 pounds in the first 10 classes, discovered muscles I never knew I had, and have found an amazing release for all the stress that life has in store. \r

If you've ever thought about trying kickboxing, come join us! I promise you won't regret it!!!!!!!\r
