If you like paint that comes right off the wall when you wipe it, holes going straight through from your kitchen to the outside, a porch made out of sloped shingles and some tar paper, peeling paint and fillth on both porches, inadequate wiring that causes the electricity to go off daily, a shower head that's 82"" from the floor, workmen who resemble Tim Conway AND you love being lied and gossiped about, THEN SEAN KERRIGAN IS YOUR MAN! He just bought the property next door and two tenants immediately gave notice. He has a horrible reputation and the Wilmerding borough and police are sick of him. DON'T RENT FROM THIS VERY, VERY YOUNG MAN! Oh, did I mention, you must enjoy being OVERCHARGED?
