Review content:
Odd, I'm usually a great judge of character and integrity, but I just got it dead wrong here. I made the call after reading the Yelp reviews and getting a helpful technician on the phone who said they could fix my car ""no problem."" I have a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica and it was having electric problems so they said they'd check it out and get it fixed. A plus I must give Astro is that they were able to take the car on short notice the same day.
I brought the car down and dropped it off, they said they would call later that afternoon but I never heard back. At 4:30 I called and they said come down it would be ready. Upon arriving, they said it was just a simple dead battery that was the culprit and they had changed it out. The total, a whopping $200 for a battery change. Aghast, I shook my head, plopped down my plastic and informed the people at the place that they had just lost a serious customer, and I was in fact going to have a 100,000 mile service done on my van along with a 60,000 mile service on the Chrysler if they had treated me well. Instead they went for the quick, shortsighted cash-out on a $60 battery, and I won't be going back. Very disappointed.
Cons: Pricey, Shortsighted
