I've been taking my three children to Doctor Jones for 4 years now. She is an awesome doctor. I love the way she always takes the time to educate me when my kids come up with a new health problem I've never seen before. She also is really good about helping me monitor their weight, as they all are at risk for obesity. The only con is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone when calling their office. If you press the options for a same day appt or for a well child appt you are guaranteed to have to leave a message. They are really good about calling back within a couple hours, but it still is a pain to be left hanging every time. I suffer through it, as well as the 25 minute drive from my new home to their office, because of Dr. Jones. She's worth the wait.
Pros: Intelligent, intuitive doctor
Cons: Poor phone system, long wait times in the exam rooms
