Review content:
We tried this restaurant as it was new in our area and we love good cold draft beer. The beer was warm, so I asked for another one - cold this time. The second one was just as warm. So I asked for a frosted mug or glass and was told that they don't have any. How can you advertise lots of draft beer and not have frosted mugs or at least cold beer. We ordered Tortilla Soup, which was just the opposite - not hot!! We were so disappointed. When the manager asked about our experience, we told him it was not good. We had a coupon for $5 off a check of $20 or more. Since our check was only $18, they wouldn't give us the $5 off, even though we complained about the entire experience. We will never go back and have told all of our friends to avoid this place.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, no wait
Cons: Beer was warm, no frosted glasses or mugs
