Review content:
The equipment is dangerous to use. It creaks and seems like they haven't been oiled in months. Once the cord going over the pulley was off the pulley and I pointed that out to the staff. They didn't even thank me for that, instead they had the audacity to tell me that it keeps happening and is no cause for worry!!! What the hell! If the cord falls off the pulley groove, it is definitely dangerous as the 100 pound weight you're trying to lift can lose balance and may even it someone causing fatal injury. After that everytime I went to workout, I had to inspect their equipment prior to using it, pretty much doing their job. Soon I lost interest and stopped going. When I called them to cancel my contract, they told me rudely that I can't cancel. I have to give it in ""writing"" it seems.
Staff promises a personal trainer but don't be fooled. The personal trainer is just a sales agent who ""trains"" you when he/she is free. When there's someone at the counter they just leave you at the machine and come back whenever. The leather on the machine is peeling off and it bruised my elbow once.
I wonder how hygenic their pools are.
