I received gift certificates to the salon, because a few of the stylists donated free haircuts to support a cancer fundraiser. I used the first gift certificate with one of the stylists and had to return a week later to have it re-cut. It was awful. I have really good hair that is easy to work with and wanted a carefree style I could do different things with. She gave me a forward shag, which I basically had to style to make it do anything. I had to have it cut shorter to fix it. Cailin fixed it and did a great job. I came back in about six weeks for a trim with another gal that had donated a haircut. This was worse than the first haircut. Basically the worst haircut I have ever received in my 42 years. It took at least six-months to grow that out. She was taught by the owner supposedly. He taught her a technique that she could not manage. I still had one more gift certificate which I let expire. I would never walk in those doors again! If you get a good haircut there it's a crap-shoot!!!!
