Review content:
When I found Today's Music, I was searching for a guitar instructor who could teach music theory as well as show me how to play. I was delighted to find out the instructors were well versed in all aspects of the instrument and in music theory... I started taking lessons with Dave, who holds a Masters Degree in Music Theory and Composition. Two and a half years later I find the depth of his knowledge even more vast then when I started. He has totally exceeded my expectations and continues to challenge me every week. This has made learning guitar so much more exiting then I could have imagined. If you really want to learn to be a player, and not just play guitar, this is the place to go! You will be playing Jazz, Blues, Funk, Rock, Classical, acoustic, electric and whatever else you desire. In addition, you'll learn to play, comp and solo with other musicians (the best part). Not only can you learn to play Guitar but they teach other instuments as well. They also have a nice assortment of guitars, Basses and amps you wont find at the big chain stores. If your in the area of West Sahara and Durango it would do you some good to check them out. My eight year old son just started taking lessons this summer too! Got a free electric guitar with 12 lessons. He is really enjoing it and I know he will be playing better then me in no time...
